Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Pre-orders may be canceled before production or order fulfillment begins. Once production, customization, or fulfillment has started, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Approved cancellations may be subject to a non-refundable payment processing fee. Please contact CraftC Performance as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
