Unlike standard headlights with carbon-look vinyl or hydro-dipped trim, these units use genuine dry carbon fiber components.
Each set goes through a detailed manufacturing process that includes:
- Creating and preparing the carbon fiber components
- Placing the material into specialized molds
- Heat-curing the carbon fiber
- Custom fitting and assembling the headlight housings
- Testing the lighting functions before shipment
Because every set is produced through a made-to-order process, manufacturing typically takes approximately one month before the headlights are ready to ship.

Made to Order
These are not mass-produced headlights sitting in a warehouse. Each order is built specifically through our production process.
After your order is placed, our production team begins manufacturing the dry carbon fiber components, molding and heat-curing the material, assembling the housings, completing the custom fitment, and testing the finished product.
Estimated production time is approximately four weeks. Shipping time begins after manufacturing and quality-control testing have been completed.
Production and delivery estimates may vary slightly depending on order volume, material availability, customs processing, and carrier delays.

Pre-order pricing starts at $699.
Pre-order availability will be limited because of the time and labor required to manufacture each set. Once the initial production allocation is filled, customers may need to wait for the next available production batch.

Warranty and Support
Every set includes our two-year manufacturer warranty and lifetime product support.
Our team will be available to assist with general installation questions, wiring guidance, troubleshooting, and replacement-part support when applicable.
Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by incorrect installation, vehicle wiring modifications, accidents, misuse, water intrusion caused by improper sealing, or unauthorized disassembly.
Important Road-Use Disclosure
These custom headlights are intended for show and off-road use only unless otherwise confirmed.
They are not currently represented as DOT-certified or SAE-approved for public-road use. Lighting laws and inspection requirements vary by state, province, and country, so the customer is responsible for checking local regulations before installation or use.
