Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Canceled orders may be subject to a 4.9% cancellation fee. This fee helps cover the non-refundable debit and credit card processing fees charged by our payment provider once a transaction has been completed.

Return Policy

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • Uninstalled

  • In its original packaging

  • In resellable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our end.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee may apply to larger lighting products, including headlights, taillights, and similar assemblies.

This fee helps cover the cost of inspection, handling, repackaging, and warehouse processing after the item is returned.

Why Restocking Fees May Apply

Automotive lighting products require careful handling and protective packaging. When an item is returned, our team must inspect the product, confirm its condition, repackage it properly, and prepare it for inventory again.

We try to keep this process fair while continuing to offer competitive pricing, quality products, and reliable customer support.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or installed products

  • Products that are damaged, modified, or missing parts

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Items returned without original packaging
