Order Cancellations

Canceled orders are subject to a 4.9% surcharge to cover debit and credit card processing fees charged by our payment provider. These fees are non-refundable to us once a transaction has been completed.

Return Policy

We want you to feel confident with every purchase from CraftC Performance. If you need to request a return, please review the guidelines below before submitting your request.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Restocking Fees

To cover handling, inspection, repackaging, and warehouse processing, the following restocking fees apply:

20% restocking fee for larger lighting products, including headlights, taillights, and similar assemblies.

Why We Charge Restocking Fees

All returned items must be inspected, repackaged, and returned to inventory, which requires time, labor, and warehouse space. Larger lighting products require additional handling and protective packaging, and many of our products are built-to-order or produced in limited quantities. Restocking fees help offset these costs and allow us to continue offering competitive pricing and consistent customer support.

Clearance or final-sale items.

Items returned without original packaging.
